Name of the Park: Next to Erminskin Park
Description of the location: Closed off area that lock has been removed. One of the dogs lunged and was aggressive at me while I walking on the sidewalk. Was not aware this is a dog run. No signs. Dog feces is there and no litter bins near. People treat this as a dog park . ....
