The last part of the stair ramps have been removed at every landing on this stair case. This is the official detour for everyone coming from the west end for the next 3 years, and people have 60lb+ e-bikes, so this is a big accessibility issue. My photo shows the before & after: the ramps used to go all the way to the landings, but now they stop short. I've seen people lose control and drop their bike because of this, which could lead to injury.
