Area? (e.g. SW corner): The fencing on the south side and north side of the trolly bridge Aka Highlevel Bridge are cut. This is an extreme hazard as pedestrians and people experiencing mental health crisis are using to gain access to the top of the bridge. Although this fencing is basically useless it is nonetheless cut again. Please fix.
