Issue: Grass Cutting Required
Area? (e.g. SW corner): Entire east strip of offleash area. I understand the city considers this "naturalization" but I ask that the policy be reconsidered. An offleash area is the wrong choice. It makes finding poop difficult, which spreads disease, and foxtail is dangerous.
