Area? (e.g. SW corner)? Middle of road. This is the fifth call for garbage in the same area and each time you have cleaned it up. I have asked you to move the barricades up the road since this is a closed road anyway and they'll save a lot of grief. On Halloween there's fireworks shut off from here as well as there seems to be morning and evening cars getting together for a very short time in this areaspeaking to the police. It seems like there's some drug deals going on or transfer some stuff because it's too short period for other stuff.
