Submit Dog Barking - Excessive Request

Important Information

Use this service to report a dog that is excessively barking, howling or whining from a residential or commercial property. Note: The noise must occur for at least 10 minutes within a 30 minute period to be considered excessive.

This type of complaint also requires a completed Witness Statement Form from you. A bylaw officer will be sending you the form. Depending on the outcome, you may be required to appear in court.

You will receive a reference number after submission, though this information may be delayed.
