• AI capability suggests the most accurate service based on the photo(s) or description.

• Improved location accuracy will help locate issues and reduce duplication, creating efficiencies for City departments and 311 agents.

• You now have the ability to ‘Bookmark’ other reports allowing for improved transparency of submissions on duplicate requests.

• The addition of 'Information only' topics will provide details to help direct you to the right place.
